Bob Leo
President
Bob was introduced to the Window Fashion Industry in 1958 [a high school senior] as an Installation sub-contractor; he opened his 1st store in 1963,and has owned and managed a retail sales and manufacturing facility since 1974 when he teamed up with his wife Linnie to form a dynamic duo.
Looking to expand, Leo increased his manufacturing facility, and showroom offering both design and custom fabrication in their state of the art technical facility in the next 20 years.
Always dynamic, Bob continued to fine-tune his technical and design knowledge by studying at both CSU and the Colorado Institute of Art. Expanding his vision, in 1989 Bob started a company, WIndow Cover Service, LLC, which focused on developing software for window fashion design. His ultimate goal is to give everyone, everywhere the opportunity to have the finest made custom window fashions in their home through their store in Denver, Windows Dressed Up, and through WIndows Dressed Up online.
Linnie Leo
Vice President
Linnie has 40 plus years of experience in both commercial and residential interiors as well as being a Certified Window Fashion Designer. Throughout her career, she has held several managerial positions in the window fashion industry. Her expertise in textiles, color theory, furniture design and space planning provide an excellent background for creating inspiring and practical solutions to window dressing and accessory recommendations.
She is dedicated to providing the best customer service, product and quality to everyone that come into our store or experiences Windows Dressed Up website.
Jeff Hinkle

Jeff has over 35 years of consumer packaged goods manufacturer experience at the sales, marketing and executive level, with most of the large, medium and small retailers in the food, drug, discount, hardware and other specialty groups across the country. Our goal is to make Window Cover Service, LLC, dba Windows Dressed Up the place to shop for home owners, professional decorators and designers looking for the best custom made curtains, drapery, roman shades and valances available anywhere, through an on-line shopping experience designed to narrow your selection down to the perfect treatment that is right for you.
Hannah Westover

Hannah studied at the University of Las Vegas (UNLV) and graduated with an Interior Design degree from Colorado State University (CSU). Before joining Windows Dressed Up, she gained valuable experience in the home improvement industry by assisting clients in designing and decorating their homes. Her knowledge of Photoshop, Revit, Auto-Cad Architecture and Max positions her as a strong contributor to the internet workings of the company. Her passion for fabric and understanding of the many window treatment styles and options available from the major brands is viable in keeping WDU up to date with the latest fashion trends. She is a well rounded window fashionista!
Victoria Wolf

Victoria has been handling our graphic and web design needs since 1999. She manages our brand in every aspect, from printed marketing materials to the web site design and marketing.
Blaine Bush
IT Manager
Blaine has managed the IT department for the company since 1994. He composed the sales support and management software that was the core of Window Treatment franchise business with 250 dealers nationwide. His expertise and background insures an error free product ordering system.
